Located in the charming village of Fleys, Domaine Gautheron is positioned to the east of Chablis town, with a backdrop of the imposing slopes of les Fourneaux. This family-owned estate spans 25 hectares and has remained under the care of the Gautheron family for five consecutive generations. Specializing in traditional Chablis production, the domaine employs fermentation and aging methods that steer clear of wood usage, ensuring that the crisp mineral flavors and distinctive characteristics of the chalky vineyard terroir are preserved. Noteworthy are their old vine cuvees aged over 65 years, some undergoing oak maturation. A notable addition since 2009 is a 0.4-hectare organic vineyard plot dedicated to crafting the exquisite cuvee Emeraude.
