Paolo Cottini” is the brand name by which Paolo and Sara wish to engage their personal identity to the wines they produce. The winery is a new “wine reality” but Paolo Cottini’ family has long been linked to this passion; this is in fact the third generation involved with Silvano, Paolo’s father, teaching his son the art of producing quality wine.
The vineyards are located in two areas of the historic Valpolicella, in Negrar valley, precisely in Ca del Gallo, at an altitude of about 580 mt. facing south-west, and Valgatara area, at an altitude of about 250 mt. facing south-east. This decisive differentiation in topography and altitude conditions lead to quality grapes with distinctive and unique characters which, combined in various proportions, give life to
their wines.
