The family's wine journey started with great-grandfather Serafino cultivating vines in the early 1900s. They transitioned from bulk wine to bottling in 1986, managing all aspects of winemaking. The nuclear family - Orazio, Loreta, Stefano, Marco, Alberto, and Mattia - oversee vineyard work and wine production. Talented collaborators have joined over time for vineyard (7 individuals) and office (4 individuals) tasks. This business is not just a trade but a cherished family tradition filled with passion.
Based in the heart of Valdobbiadene, Spagnol Col Del Sas is a family-run producer specialising in high-quality Prosecco, combining traditional expertise with a modern, quality-driven approach. Working across hillside vineyards in the DOCG zone, the estate focuses on expressing the freshness and elegance of the Glera grape.
The wines are light, crisp and aromatic, with notes of green apple, pear and white flowers, supported by fine, persistent bubbles and a clean, refreshing finish.
