Quindici16 is a wine born of a blend of selected grapes from some of the vineyards cultivated in the best-suited zones of the Cisa hills in Solighetto and produced in two different vintages. It is intended to be bold and wholesome, with no added sugars, as it should express the quintessence of the territory and the Glera grape variety' potential when ripe. This is a wine that “sways” in perfect balance between flavour and minerality.It has notes of ripe and dried fruits, especially
hazelnuts. Dry and sapid, balanced. Dry finish, very persistent and mineral. It's a perfect match fro risotto, oily fish and pizza.ABV 11.5%
