A stunning limited-edition release celebrating the intersection of whisky and art, The Macallan “Art is the Flower” pays tribute to visionary designer Charles Rennie Mackintosh and his belief that “art is the flower, life is the green leaf.” Matured in European oak sherry casks from Jerez, this whisky is rich and expressive, with layers of dried fruit, sweet oak, and spice.

Presented in beautifully designed packaging inspired by Mackintosh’s iconic style, this release captures The Macallan’s signature harmony of craftsmanship, creativity, and elegance — a collector’s piece both inside and out.

The third release in the Harmony Collection has been created in collaboration with Stella and Mary McCartney to celebrate the lush, fertile lands of Scotland that connect all those who have stood upon them for generations. Housed in a box crafted from discarded meadow cuttings, this single-malt Scotch is made using a mixture of sherry-seasoned oak and bourbon casks. A rich, vibrant whisky flowing with notes of oak, lemon, and melon, culminating in a long, sweet finish.

Join us for a wonderful evening in our sister restaurant, the Michelin Guide-listed Amai by Viktor, as we explore the wonderful world of Redbreast.

Hosted by Irish Distillers' own Andrew Dickey, this exclusive experience will begin with a welcome cocktail in our cellar, setting the tone for a night of exceptional flavour and discovery. We will enjoy a pairing like no other, each of the 7 courses has been curated to complement the drams. The evening’s lineup features the iconic Redbreast 27 Year Old and a curated selection of exclusive cask samples, drawn specially from the Redbreast warehouse.
