The Humours of Whiskey is the inaugural release in The Artist Collection, a collaboration between Two Stacks Irish Whiskey and acclaimed Irish artist Jack Coulter. Inspired by Jack's synaesthesia, his ability to experience music as colour, this limited edition celebrates the harmony between painting, music and whiskey, with each discipline shaped by patience, instinct and creativity.
A carefully composed marriage of exceptional casks including:
- 1991 Single Malt (ex Bourbon)
- 2002 Single Grain (ex Passito Di Pantelleria)
- 2016 Single Pot Still (ex Mandorla)
Each cask contributes its own voice, creating a whiskey that is both vibrant and deeply layered.
Limited in number to 300 units only, The Artist Collection – Vol. 1 is much more than a bottle of whiskey, it is a celebration of contemporary Irish creativity.
