Our Batch 1 premium whiskey was direct fire distilled in the Crolly Distillery and fully matured in European oak ex-Oloroso Sherry hogshead casks from the Juan Pino Cooperage in Córdoba, Spain. Bottled at natural cask strength of 54.8% Vol, this luxurious limited release delivers rich dried fruits, warming spice, toasted oak and creamy sweetness balanced with remarkable depth and elegance.
