Château Pavie occupies an exceptional position on the south-facing slopes of Saint-Émilion, where vines have been cultivated for centuries. The modern chapter of the estate began in 1998 when Gérard and Chantal Perse acquired the château, embarking on an extensive programme of investment in both vineyard and cellar. Today, the estate comprises roughly 45 hectares and is renowned for powerful, beautifully structured Saint-Émilion capable of ageing for decades. Its combination of limestone plateau, slopes and varied soils gives Pavie its distinctive balance of richness, freshness and minerality
