Aurélie Vic is the oenologist behind the family-run Domaine Preignes le Vieux in the Languedoc. The Vic family has been growing vines and making wine there since 1905, with Aurélie and Jérôme Vic now continuing the family tradition using environmentally conscious, sustainable viticulture. Aurélie originally trained in chemistry before changing career and qualifying as an oenologist in 2008. Since then, she has overseen the winemaking at Preignes le Vieux and created the Aurélie Vic range to showcase the different terroirs and personalities of the Languedoc
