Fieuzal white is an enchanting balance between their Sauvignon Blanc and Sémillon fruit. Aged for 12 months in French Oak barrels, the wine grows to fill the entire palate whilst providing a teasing combination of zesty, fruity and floral notes.

On the palate, Château de Fieuzal Blanc is fresh and vibrant, marked by a balanced acidity that enhances the overall drinking experience. Flavors of ripe citrus and white peach emerge, accompanied by a touch of tropical fruit and a creamy texture derived from oak aging. The finish is long and elegant, showcasing the wine's depth and sophistication. It pairs exceptionally well with grilled fish, such as sea bass or salmon, especially when drizzled with a lemon butter sauce.
