Founded in 2020 by Shane McCarthy, Liam Brogan & Donal McLynn with fresh knowledge and experience in the globalised world of spirits, Two Stacks was inspired by the traditions of old and contemporary brands of new. Opening one of Ireland’s only independent bonding & blending facilities in 2022, with the ambition to combine these worlds together.
Killowen is part of a new batch of distillers helping Ireland take its rightful place among the most awarded spirits in contemporary distilling.
Brendan Carty, the founder and distiller, has thrown his hand to Poitín, Gin, Whiskey and even Rum with unparalleled success. The brand has recently been rated among the Top 50 Most Admired Whiskeys by Drinks International.
