Product Description
After selective harvesting in several stages, the berries were lightly crushed in the cellar and left to macerate in their juice for six hours to achieve better aroma extraction. The must was fermented for six weeks in 100% aged 500-liter tonneaux and traditional casks using natural yeasts from the vineyard.
A Chardonnay of the purist and elegant kind, but not the type with an overpowering aroma. Ripe, exotic notes caress the nose. Mineral and persistent on the palate, it fills the mouth and leaves a long finish. The typical flavor and subtle oak spice make it a wine for many occasions, whether enjoyed with food or simply on its own. A very good example of Bourgogne quality from Rheinhessen!
