1 x Thörle Sekt Blanc de Blancs Brut, Germany 2021
Sekt is the term used for sparkling wines from Germany and Australia. If you like your bubbles this is definitely worth trying. This effervescent wine is making waves in the world of sparkling wine. This Sekt is made from hand-picked Chardonnay grapes from the limestone rich Saulheim vineyards. The aromatic nose is gently lemony with real refinement and mixed in typical brioche. The palate is lively and crisp with savoury citrus character, and really good length and balance.

New Zealand was where Sauvignon Blanc gained worldwide recognition and fame. This is a popular choice due to its vibrant and distinct flavour profile, characterised by bright acidity and bold notes of citrus and tropical fruits. This one is up there with the best of them as it comes from renowned winemaker Kevin Judd who previously founded Cloudy Bay. The wine showcases the quintessential characteristics of Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc, with vibrant flavours of citrus, passion fruit and fresh herbs, balanced by crisp acidity.

Viura is the main white grape grown in Rioja and is prized for producing fruity wines with floral aromas and remarkable acidity, making it ideal for both young and aged whites. This multi-award-winning, smooth, voluptuous wine has fine aromas, with a complex and sweeping palate and is a firm favourite among us.

Provence Rosé is the benchmark for many, it's associated with a lifestyle of leisure, sun-soaked beaches, and picturesque landscapes. While we can't deliver that, this BY OTT Rosé will evoke a sense of this lifestyle. Produced by the renowned Château de Selle, which is part of the Domaines Ott, the wine benefits from a long-standing tradition and expertise in winemaking. The estate has a rich history dating back to 1896, emphasising quality and craftsmanship.It is a refined and elegant wine for any rosé enthusiast. The blends originate from select vineyards in Cotes de Provence that have been chosen to ensure that the wine is characterised by fruit and freshness with added finesse and complexity. This has a refreshing and balanced flavour profile, featuring notes of red berries, citrus, and floral undertones. Its crisp acidity and smooth finish make it versatile for pairing with various foods.

Staying in France and in picturesque regions, Châteauneuf-du-Pape is a renowned wine appellation located in the southern Rhône Valley of France. The name translates to "New Castle of the Pope," reflecting its historical significance as a residence for the popes during the Avignon papacy in the 14th century. Liberty means not only the freedom to do as you wish, but also the freedom to reveal who you really are. This particular cuvée from La Barroche is often praised for its elegance and balance, showcasing classic characteristics such as ripe fruit flavours, spice and a robust structure.
1 x Bedoba, Saperavi, Georgia 2020
The final cuvée explores ancient winemaking tradtions in Georgia. Considered the oldest winemaking region in the world, Georgias winemaking history goes back 8000 years. Indigenous varieties are the strength of Georgian wine and Saperavi is the most planted grape.
Bedoba is a classic Georgian wine made from the indigenous grape variety Saperavi and partially vinified in traditional qvevri vessels, Bedoba means `Day of Luck’. It's full-bodied with a velvety structure; persistent flavours of ripe prune and blackberry linger harmoniously for a smooth and spicy finish. Very similar to a Chianti.
