A really exciting addition to the range. Timorasso is one of Italy's most talked-about indigenous white grapes, and Pio Cesare's inaugural 2023 Colli Tortonesi Timorasso Riserva is made in very limited quantities from estate vineyards in Tortona.

Made exclusively from Timorasso grown in Piedmont's Colli Tortonesi, this elegant white offers a wonderful expression of one of Italy's most sought-after indigenous grapes. Fragrant citrus, white peach and ripe apple are layered with delicate floral aromas, subtle herbal notes and a vibrant mineral freshness. The palate is beautifully textured and balanced, combining richness with lively acidity before finishing long, refined and effortlessly elegant. A distinctive wine that demonstrates why Timorasso has become one of Italy's most exciting white varieties.

Its impressive structure and vibrant minerality make it an excellent match for grilled lobster, scallops, monkfish and turbot.
