Limited Edition Lough Ree Releases & A Tasting
Happy Friday! What a glorious day, we're certainly becoming accustomed to this. We're not going to keep you from the sun, but we are thrilled to announce an exclusive collaboration with Lough Ree Distillery, a name synonymous with premium craftsmanship and rich heritage in whiskey production. This partnership will bring an extraordinary limited trio of whiskeys, available exclusively at our shop. They will be available from May 15th.
We are also hosting a Lough Ree Distillery tasting on May 15th, this is not in our cellar, it will take place in the historic Doyle's Corner pub in Phibsborough, which is owned by a certain Irish singer. Tickets are already moving fast. More info on all below. Have a fantastic weekend.

This is a 7 year old Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey matured initially in a Bourbon cask for 5 years 10 months, then finished for 1 year 3 months in a Red Moscatel cask.
Expect jammy red fruit notes combined with pot still spice and texture.
Lough Ree The Bridge Series Corkscrew No. 2 - Buy Here
This is an 8 year old Single Malt Irish Whiskey matured initially in a Bourbon cask for 7 years 4 months, then finished for 18 months in a Madeira cask. Expect notes of toffee, citrus and oak spice.

A 15 year old Single Grain Irish Whiskey matured initially in a Bourbon cask for 8 years 8 months, then finished for 6 years 10 months in a 125L Oloroso cask. Expect rich dried fruit and nut notes.
