This is a blend of 50 % Sauvignon 50% White Grenache. Extraction of the must after cold maceration with the skins. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 16ºC to safeguard the varietal aromas. Once the fermentation is finished, a long maceration begins with fine lees. No ageing. ABV 13% On the Eye Lemon yellow, clean and bright. On the Nose Aromas of tropical fruit, mango, pineapple, kiwi, mix of citrus fruits such as lime and grapefruit. Aromas of green fruit and herbal touches that give way to a certain mineral character. In the Mouth Fresh and powerful on the palate, which enhances the citrus and mineral flavors. Pleasant acidity contributed by the Sauvignon Blanc, in addition to the creaminess that yields the Garnacha Blanca. Pair with White fish and seafood, low-structure dishes, rice, pasta and potatoes.ABV 13%
