Following the retirement of Mr and Mrs Jean LEGER, their daughter Christine and her husband Pascal decided to take over the family farm by creating the DOUDEAU-LEGER estate in 1988 and developing direct sales to property, at exhibitions and for Parisian restaurants. Currently, the operation consists of 10 hectares of vines where there are two major varieties: Sauvignon Blanc (7.5 ha) for the white wines and Pinot Noir (2.5 ha) for red and rosé wines.
Their vineyards are all run by sustainable farming, limiting fertilizers and pesticides. In the cellar, the wine is made according to the traditional method and all our production is bottled at the property.
