Multi Award Wnning Wine made using the Ancient Greek Grape Variety "Savatiano", it's organically farmed and vegan friendly. Light yellow in colour, very attractive on the nose, spice and lime boquet with a hint of soft apricot fruit. Lively acidity and firm structure, delicate soft fruit, zesty and fresh on the finish.
In terms of pairing, it works really well as an aperitif, and because of its richer texture, can handle a number of richer, though delicately flavored plates like fettuccine alfredo, fried squid and shrimps, as well as lighter fish in sauce.

From The south east area of Attica,35km from Athens, the vineyard consists of 35 blocks ,tailor made viticultural
practices are demanded for each block.The average crop yield does not exceed 4 00kg/str. (1stremma=1.000sq.m)
The harvest of the grapes takes place in mid-September. The grapes are handpicked and carried to the winery in plastic craters.
