Bepin De Eto - Conegliano Valdobbiadene (Extra Dry)

€29.95
Out of stock
A pale yellow sparkling wine with subtle hints of green, compellingly luminous, with a near-endless bead of the tiniest bubbles. Apple, pear, and peach emerge on the nose, lifted by delicate floral notes of rose petals and acacia blossoms, plus a finish ennobled with a hint of fresh greens. The crisp palate is both smooth and sweet, perfectly complemented by a noticeable, lemonish acidity. Fine balance, delicacy, and immediate drinkability.

Ideal as an aperitif wine, but fine as well with fish, shellfish, and mussels, and it partners too with crème sweets and fresh fruit.

Bepin De Eto is an internationally celebrated winery from Veneto's Feletto area, where the rolling hills and steep slopes are bathed in sunlight all year round. The owner of the winery, Ettore Ceschin, named it Bepin De Eto in 1965, in homage to his Father and to a long family history of wine making. Today, they produce award-winning sparkling wines, including three types of Prosecco Superiore, which are packaged in beautiful black and clear, cut-glass bottles. Bepin De Eto span two DOCG denominations, Colli di Conegliano and Valdobbiadene. The growing area falls within the heart of the Colli di Conegliano DOCG, on the slopes of the first hills rising to the Dolomites and in the Feletto hills in northern part of the province of Treviso.
