Drappier’s top rosé has a beautiful wild-salmon colour and ultra-fine bubbles. Complex bouquet opening on the notes of strawberry, raspberry and violets with toasted nuances. Round, supple, its rather lively spinal column tending the whole, in the mouth it brings red fruits to mind ; it's both fresh and complex. A rich Champagne with great persistence. This Cuvée de Prestige is ideal as an aperitif and during the meal to accompany crayfish salad, lamb shank or monkfish.

CHAMPAGNE DRAPPIER The history of the walls today inhabited by the DRAPPIER Family goes back to the 12th century when Saint Bernard had an annex to Clairvaux Abbey built in Urville. The vineyard which today surrounds these Cistercian cellars is the pride of our House. Cultivated in way as natural as possible, the vineyard gives life to grapes rich in complex aromas which allow the making of Champagnes with well established characters housed in exceptional bottles.
