The all new cuvée from Maison DRAPPIER. It is sourced from organic plots, and partly ploughed by horse. This cuvée is elaborated from 75% of Pinot Noir, 10% of Pinot Meunier and 5% of Blanc Vrai. Clarevallis represents the expression of the landscape and terroir which are mastered by men since the 12th century. At first, the colour is golden-grey to the eye. The nose unveils elderberry and violet notes, with a lot of minerality. The palate is well-balanced with a discreet dosage and pretty bitters flavours. Delicious as an aperitif and accompanies fish, especially lobster with unparalleled mystery. ABV 12%

| Critics Review | The Drappier vineyard covers 100 hectares and constitutes the House’s essential trump card. Since 1808 the family has used its skill to select parcels of land which are particularly well exposed and extremely rich in limestone. For the most part they are located around Urville, where Pinot Noir, the predominant grape variety, finds its loveliest expression and allows the production of very elegant, aromatic wines. |
