From four old-vine parcels surrounding the eponymous moulin, this is a delicious expression of Gamay. It’s made with whole bunches, with very gentle extraction, and raised in a large oak foudre. The nose abounds with red and black cherries and a touch of crushed strawberry. The palate is grippy, with saline, granite tannins
