Delivery is usually the next working day (Mon - Fri), if ordered before 1pm, but may take up to 72 hours
Grapes are harvested from the Barrancas Vineyard in the Maipú, region of Mendoza. Maceration takes 2 days at 46 ° F and the wine is seeded with selected yeasts and ferments at 77-79 °F for 10 days. To finish this process, after malolactic fermentation, 100% of the wine is aged in American oak for 8 months. It remains in bottle 4 months before its release date.
