Prova Regia Arinto half bottle 2013 (37.5cl)

Availability: In stock

Quick Overview

Another white stunner from Portugal. The grape is Arinto and, for us, kicks the pants off many Sauvignon Blancs. Complex, with mineral notes complemented by passion fruit, pineapple and citrus. Fresh and vibrant acidity, high quality complemented by intense aromatic notes. Gets even better with fish dishes and seafood.

Bucelas is an area just outside Lisbon with strong Atlantic influences. It has burst onto the Irish and international scenes with great value zesty whites.

The Companhia das Quintas is a co-operative group of wineries that stretches across Portugal and has many styles of wine all indigenous to Portugal. Like its little brother, The Prova Regia, this wine is made from Arinto and is alarmingly similar to a Sancerre or Pouilly Fumé many times the price.
