Vega Vella Garnacha Tinta 2018 - Organic

This wine is made from an exclusive selection of clusters of Grenache in a careful and exhaustive winemaking process. It is Aged for 14 months in American and French oak barrels and some more months resting in bottle.
The organically farmed single varietal Grenache from surprises us with aromas and flavour, exclusive of a few grape varieties.
In organic farming they have to highlight the formation of microclimate grasses and plants, where the blossom and existence of these stays intimately linked to the flower and berries of the cluster which allows the wine to dazzle with the wide nuances below mentioned.

On The Eye
Delicate yet vibrant red-brick colour.
On The NoseFruity on the nose, with a strong presence of this grape and hints of red berries, especially strawberries.

In The Mouth
In the mouth we appreciate a very gentle attack followed by a pleasant, delicate midpalate and a long velvety finish. It represents the authenticity of the garnacha grape from decades ago.

Goes well with appetizers, snacks, all kind of poultry, rices and pastas.
