"A very fresh viura, with balsamic notes and delicate aromas, which ages on its lees for a little over a year, which gives it finesse and silkiness."Fresh, vertical, with spectacular tension and ample glyceric sensations in the mouth and with a long aftertaste finish, ripe stone fruits appear, combined with aromatic herbs and candied fruits, along with hints of lightly roasted green coffee. Good intensity on the nose, pear and quince and balsamic pome fruits accompanied by a touch of herbs and a slight mineral reminiscence.Perfect to eat with clams a la marinera, smoked fish, pasta with sea urchins or a good table of Comté cheese.ABV 14%
