A delightfully refreshing, high quality wine from Rias Baixas, this is really pleasant and full of harmony, with an excellent aftertaste. It offers rich aromas of peach, apricot and pineapple. Its refreshing characteristics makes it very versatile with seafood and particularly with shellfish. Try pairing with spicy fish stews or seafood stew in Winter or grilled white fish all year round. ABV 13% On The Eye Yellow Straw colour with greenish iridescence, clean and bright. On The Nose An intense fruity aroma with flowers, peach, apricot, pineapple and jasmine, on subtle notes of light agering on its lees. In The Mouth In mouth is unctuous, greedy, pleasurable and full of harmony, with excellent aftertaste which makes it a long-tasting wine.

La Trucha is a white wine produced by the winery Notas Frutales de Albariño in Vilar, Crecente (Pontevedra), D.O. Rías Baixas. They make quality white wines with the Albariño grapes they harvest from their own vineyards, which are aged between 25 and 40 years old, located between 200 and 350 metres of altitude on the right bank of the Miño river. Harvesting is carried out manually, selecting the grapes in the vineyard. Once in the winery, the grapes are pressed and the resulting must ferments in stainless steel deposits with temperature control. After the fermentation, the wine rests with its fine lees between 3 and 6 months, until it is bottled.
