shows a touch of age together with notes of fresh fruit. Creamy tannins and power come through on the palate followed by a stunning spicy finish with great length of flavour.
1996 — This vintage was saved by fine anticyclonic conditions just before the harvest. The wine shows wonderful classicism, a superb bouquet of flowers and tobacco as well as great finesse
1998 — With rain forecast in September, the harvesting was done very quickly and resulted in a wine with a seductive vanilla and floral nose. Its vertical, smooth-textured palate is followed
