This champagne offers white flowers and honey aromas, with vanilly, nuts and ripe grape touches. On the palate, the final is wonderful, long and complex, on a bed of slightly toasted notes. This majestic Blanc de Blancs is elaborated with the superb harvest of 2012 from Mesnil-sur-Oger (classified Grand Cru), with a low sugar dosage of 4g/l (whose liquor dosage has been matured for 15 years on oak barrels). Following 5 years of cellar aging, this Blanc de Blancs champagne Grand Cru 2012 from DRAPPIER is a true classic offering a beautiful minerality.

The Drappier vineyard covers 100 hectares and constitutes the House’s essential trump card. Since 1808 our family has used its skill to select parcels of land which are particularly well exposed and extremely rich in limestone. For the most part they are located around Urville, where Pinot Noir, the predominant grape variety, finds its loveliest expression and allows the production of very elegant, aromatic wines.
