The vineyard has a fearsome diversity of soils, aspects, elevations\r\nand microclimates. This complexity defines our farming and winemaking practices: each block\r\nwas individually developed and is now farmed, harvested and vinified separately.\r\nThe San Andreas Fault is Hirsch Vineyards’ signature pinot noir and is crafted to represent\r\nthe entirety of this multifaceted vineyard. The 2016 San Andreas Fault has fruit from 33\r\ndistinct farming blocks. It is the flagship wine from Hirsch, and the wine that represents the summation of our complex vineyard.","brand":"The Corkscrew Wine Merchants","offers":[{"title":"Default Title","offer_id":47648596656453,"sku":"HVSAPN18","price":99.95,"currency_code":"EUR","in_stock":false}],"thumbnail_url":"\/\/cdn.shopify.com\/s\/files\/1\/0803\/3360\/3141\/products\/san_andreass.jpg?v=1707914763"},{"product_id":"hirsch-vineyards-east-ridge-estate-pinot-noir-2016","title":"Hirsch Vineyards East Ridge Estate Pinot Noir 2016","description":"The East Ridge is one of the oldest and most unique sections of the Hirsch Vineyard.\r\n\r\n It is a topographically distinct micro-site within the Hirsch Vineyard, beginning at an elevation of\r\n1,600 feet, before sloping steeply into the eastern canyon. Fog gathers in the canyon at\r\nnight, and during the day the cool ocean breezes circulate amongst the vines. However it is\r\noften the first place the fog burns off in the morning, making it a relatively protected site.\r\n\r\nTwo thirds of the vines on the East Ridge are stricken with phylloxera, resulting in some of\r\nthe lowest yields at Hirsch, and requiring intensive and meticulous vine-by-vine farming. The\r\nlow yields contribute to a notable concentration of fruit in the East Ridge Pinot Noir.\r\nHowever the phylloxera also devigorates the vines, inhibiting photosynthesis and slowing\r\ndown sugar accumulation. \r\n\r\nThis combination of low vigor and low yields results in a wine of\r\ndark-fruited concentration tempered by elegance and naturally low alcohol. It is a masculine\r\nand structured expression of the Hirsch Vineyard, with fantastic concentration and energy.\r\n\r\nThe 2016 Hirsch East Ridge Estate Pinot Noir is a selection of the very best barrels from the finest and most expressive blocks on the East Ridge.","brand":"The Corkscrew Wine Merchants","offers":[{"title":"Default Title","offer_id":47648596918597,"sku":"Hirsch Vineyards East Ridge Estate Pinot Noir 2016","price":109.0,"currency_code":"EUR","in_stock":false}],"thumbnail_url":"\/\/cdn.shopify.com\/s\/files\/1\/0803\/3360\/3141\/products\/2016_hirsch_vineyards_east_ridge_estate_pinot_2016_1.png?v=1707914769"},{"product_id":"cornelio-dinistia-crianza","title":"Cornelio Dinastia Crianza, Rioja 2023","description":"Bodegas Cornelio Dinastía presents itself to the world with two selections of wine – a traditional variety plus an ecological one – elaborated from wineyards over 50 years old with glass production, all of them located in La Rioja.
