It is a unique, single variety, Blanc de Noir wine, made exclusively from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes grown at Lusca vineyard. The grapes were gently pressed immediately after harvest, gently extracting only the delicate bright pink colour from the skins of the grapes. The wine was cool fermented to full dryness and rested on the lees for 6 months, with intermittent stirring of the lees, before bottling.
