Pronounced on the nose, aromas of lime and lemon zest with hints of green apple and grapefruit.
The wine is bone dry, which is not really common for Pet-Nat wines, most of them have some residual sugar. There's high acidity, it's medium bodied with lovely zesty finish. This is an organic wine, made in Minho - north part of Portugal. The wine was made without filtration or forced stabilization and may precipitate creating some deposit (sediments) over time.
Highly recommended as aperitif or with Irish oysters
