Details

A very brilliant youthful almost clear appearance with edges of green tints. Aromas are of a floral exotic character suggesting apricot stones, nectarine and white peach notes with a background of green-spiced musk notes reminiscing of a cooler growing conditions. The palate is very cheerful in character with plenty of flowery fruits dominated with apricot and nectarines, ginger, freshly cut flower stems, and a background note of spiced tropical fruits, minerals and an herbaceous dried herbal note. The balance between the lovely viscosity of Viognier and its mineral grippy tannins and moderate acidity. It’s excellently expressed by the edges of herbaceous grassy and minerals notes that push out at the back of your palate.
