€32.95Pale yellow gold. Orange marmalade and fresh vanilla notes lift a most appealing aroma. These carry through to the palate, augmented with lemon curd and mineral-flint tones, a clear, bright sherbet-like tang and incredible length of flavour. It’s wonderfully concentrated and sweet but in no way cloying, managing to combine richness with vitality and texture with zing. This vintage is a little more intense, mouth-filling and flavoursome – partially due to the influence of botrytis cinerea mould, a first for Cordon Cut. Learn More
€38.95The 2010 M3 Chardonnay offers pronounced white peach and pink grapefruit notes with hints of creme caramel and cedar. Medium bodied with a great concentration of clean, vibrant stone fruit and toasty oak flavors, it has a nice suggestion of silkiness complemented by crisp acidity and it finishes with good persistence. Drinking nicely now, it should keep to 2015+. Learn More
Out of stockA selection of individual barrels from the finest sections and clones, of the best vineyards. The wine is fermented entirely with wild yeasts and matured in new and one year old French oak barriques with battonage for nine months. The style has developed significantly over recent years with complex vineyard character coming from less clarified juice and natural yeast. Heytesbury Chardonnay drinks beautifully upon release and will reward cellaring over 5 to 10 years.
€40.95The nose displays intense aromas of white peach, apricot and ginger. Ginger spice is layered on the palate with mineral texture allure with complex apricots and white stone fruit flavours. The trademark Viognier lusciousness of the palate is clearly evident in this wine which is unctuous and complex while at the same time, showing restraint that should ensure good cellaring for at least 3-4 years.
