This absolutely divine glass of wine comes from the really wonderful & totally underated varietal of Encruzado, indigenous to the Dao region. When handled correctly it produces the most floral & tropical fruit driven white you can imagine. On the palate it's full & rich with tremdous length of flavour after the finish & balanced with a perfect lick of acidity.
