Puzelat-Bonhomme Le Pt’tit Tannique Coule Bien 2011
€16.95This wonderful wine is made from a blend of Pinot Noir and Gamay. We're big fans of this "natural wine". Le Pt'tit Tannique is a real find with a gorgeous nose of red berries with hints of freshly cut lawn. The wine bursts onto the palate with intense strawberry and raspberry flavours with that "sous-bois" or woodlands and game notes coming through too. Good depth too but all the way through is kept light and perfectly balanced by a vein of vivid acidity. Puzelat’s wines are really quite unique, showing a wonderful expression of their terroir, authentic, real wines, imbued with a vitality and personality that you just don't get in other wines. Chateau de Santenay Hautes Cote de Beaune Blanc 2010
€20.95Fine and fleshy wines are produced here: they are distinguished, full of bouquet and at the same time aromatic. The Hautes Côtes de Beaune, is flower-scented and fruity due to the moderate addition of wood. It is truly an exceptional wine for the price. Learn More -
Domaine Chaume-Arnaud Vinsobres 2010
€20.95This is a blend of 60% Grenache, 15% Syrah, 15% Mourvedre, 5% Carignan, and 5% Cinsault. The fruit was hand-harvested, destemmed, fermented with indigenous yeasts, and aged in concrete tanks. This wine is a medium opaque, grapey-purple color. Over two nights the nose remained subtle with dark aromas. In the mouth there are plenty of blue-black fruits that are ripe and muscular from the get-go. The spices mix with ripe tannins which dry the cheeks before taking on a fine quality in the aftertaste. Though muscular there is a harmonious balance to the fruit, acidity, and tannins. Tasty now but should develop over the short-term Learn More -

€20.95This wine displays classic red berry fruit on the nose with a touch of perfume and spice. The palate is full as you would expect from old vines, strawberry, raspberry and redcurrant fruit, good ripe tannins and juicy finish which lasts and lasts. What really stunned us was the value.
