Domaine des Aphillantes Cote-du-Rhone
€15.95Out of stock
A gorgeous bend of great Rhone grapes, Syrah (50%), Cinsault (30%), Grenache (20%). Grapes are hand-picked and distemmed before vinification. To keep the freshness of the fruit, both the fermetation and the ageing process is in tank. During the alcoholic fermentation, berries macerate for 12 days with their skins. The wine ages 6 months in a tank and it is filtered before being bottled. An unctuous, rich and beautiful wine with cherry aromas. 'Rouge Carmin' is a lighter wine made to be drunk younger than the other wines at the domaine. Learn More -

Felton Road Bannockburn Pinot Noir 2010
€50.95Deep garnet with purple hints. A rather brooding nose of ripe raspberry countered with earth, toast and dark perfume... maybe deep red rose petals. The palate displays a plush, cushioned silkiness, with an interplay of juicy, mouthwatering acid and ripe, rich raspberry and boysenberry fruit, offset with dusty bramble leaf. The finish is long and relatively complex for such a youthful wine, displaying minerals with dusty tannin and a kick of mocha. Learn More -
Domaine Ramonet Puligny 'Les Enseigneres' 2010
€55.95An elegant, tense white, sporting apple and grapefruit flavors. This builds nicely toward the finish, where the vibrant acidity keeps it resonating. Hazelnut and mineral accents linger. Best from 2012 through 2022 Learn More -
Domaine Denis Mortet Gevrey-Chambertin Vieilles Vignes 2007
€75.95Chief climate: La Combe du Dessus “Combe” means round or arched. This name goes well with the relief of this climate formed by gentle slopes situated on both sides of the road climbing up to La Combe Lavaux. It is in fact La Combe Lavaux’s alluvial cone. The proximity of La Combe Lavaux has brought about its chiselled and fresh side. The austerity of its structure is perfectly counterbalanced by its deeply coloured matter. Strong and fruity, this wine always remains elegant. Learn More
