The Vineyard is based in Cauquenes, Maule Valley, all Organically grown grapes from 80 to 100 year old vines, the soil is deep red clay loam, with high temperatures cooled down by fresh breezes from the Pacific Ocean. The grapes were hand-picked. Aged in oak for 12 months. 71 % new French oak barrels. 29 % two year old barrels.
